Sting3D is a high-tech manufacturer founded in 2015 and located in Wuyi, Zhejiang, China. We specialize in the R&D, production, and sales of FDM 3D printing filaments and are an official member of the 3D Printing Testing Standards Subcommittee under the China Additive Manufacturing Standardization Committee. Committed to material innovation and stable mass production, we provide professional customized 3D printing material solutions for global partners.

Product Innovation and Technical Strength
Our product portfolio continuously focuses on functional and high-performance materials, covering ShoeFlex 9075A, PC-PBT, PLA-HT, modified nylon, carbon fiber reinforced filaments, and a series of self-developed patented functional filaments. To maintain our leading technical edge, we have hired senior experts from South Korea's LG Chem as our Chief Technology Engineer, leading a professional R&D team. To date, we have obtained 12 invention patents and over 42 utility model patents, and won the "Korea Industry Evaluation Brand Gold Award" in 2023.

With exclusive patented manufacturing technology, we control filament diameter tolerance within 0.02mm and maintain a 100% product qualification rate. All products pass authoritative SGS and TUV testing and hold complete certifications including CE, RoHS, FDA, and SVHC, meeting the access requirements of mainstream international markets.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department

The QC department will inspect the filament. 3D printers will go through a pre-test before delivery.

Quality Control Procedures

The 58um stainless steel filter screen ensures that no impurities pass through. The wire diameter on both sides must be maintained at 1.78 mm; if the diameter exceeds this value, the machine will stop automatically. Each wire will be inspected by the QC department.
